As one half of the world is preparing for halloween the other one is almost ready to celebrate upcoming year with a bit of taste and not only the champagne's.
Some of us like to spend this night with family, others prefer unforgettable party with friends and there'll probably be ones that will greet new year by sleeping. No matter the category which you identify with- if you want to reveal 2016/17 fashion trends or even try some of them on, keep reading :)
First of all, sequins.

I would even say that we'll never get rid of them. It's like a little tradition, every new years eve outfit is associated with them. But don't worry, if you're not into shining like lights on a Christmas tree there is a solution!
This years biggest trend: velvet.
Taken from 90's is now a ''must have''. From shoes to dresses, worn in many ways. Very elegant, feminine but at the same time pretty defiant. On the other hand, I understand that not everybody wants to look like a curtain so I've got another option.
Definitely more toned with pastel colours and lighter texture. Gucci presents some pieces:
Well, it wouldn't be Gucci without it's famous snakes, but also (lately) very common animal pattern (that's another story).
All these propositions are describing 2016 fashion world and are taken straight from the runways, that's why there are pretty original. Nonetheless, we can just take all black classic dress and enjoy the moment anyway right?

I love velvet so this looks like good news. Any tips on where to buy nice velvet dresses and not spend a fortune?
OdpowiedzUsuńSounds great! From stores in Warsaw you can find them in:
Usuń1) ZARA (be careful, very often their products are bad quality as they're made in Vietnam and China, but there're some nice pieces too, you just have to look closer to the material).
2) BERSHKA there are many pieces (shirts, dresses, pants etc.)
3) MANGO (prices are a bit higher than in previous shops but good quality; also variety of products is satisfying)
4) from internet ->>> you can find something on ZALANDO in this link: https://www.zalando.pl/kobiety-nightlife-odziez-damska/
I hope it'll be helpful :)
Sorry for late answear but it was pretty busy weekend for me:( Well, I forgot about TKmaxx! I'm 100% sure that they have many many sizes and really big amount of clothes, (the biggest store is in Centrum->Marszałkowska srteet); I'm honestly not sure if other stores in Warsaw have velevet pieces, but you can try to find sth here: https://www.showroom.pl/. From abroad sites I recommend asos.com. Good luck, fingers crossed :)
